Američke Federalne rezerve drugi su put ove godine snizile kamatne stope, unatoč nedostatku službenih ekonomskih podataka zbog zatvaranja vlade. FOMC je odlučio smanjiti stope na raspon od 3,75 do 4 posto, dok Powell upozorava da bi produljeno zatvaranje moglo otežati analizu gospodarskih trendova.
